Everything on the dashboard is exportable. Use this page when you need the data outside AskAiRank: a client update, a board slide, a spreadsheet of your own, or a briefing for an AI assistant.
The four CSV exports
Pick a period, hit Generate CSV, and the file downloads.

| Prompt Details | Per-prompt visibility, detection and average position, up to 300 prompts |
| Citations | Top 100 cited domains with citation count, global share and average mention position |
| Competitors | Share of voice, visibility and sentiment for your brand against your tracked competitors |
The exports respect your active brand, so switch brands first if you want a different one.
Brand Report
The text report is a full human-readable summary in one document: brand profile, visibility, the per-model breakdown, top prompts, competitors, citations and recommendations.
Two ways people use it:
- Send it as is. It reads as a report, so it works for a monthly client update without editing.
- Paste it into an LLM. Because it is plain text with the numbers in context, an assistant can reason over it: ask it to prioritise, to draft a plan for next month, or to write the summary email.
A note on periods
Every export takes the period you select at the moment you generate it, not the range you last used on the dashboard. If a month-to-month comparison matters, generate two files with two explicit ranges rather than trusting the default.
