Billing, invoices and cancelling

Where to update your card, find invoices, switch between monthly and annual, cancel, and what happens to your data afterwards.

Updated:

Billing lives in Account β†’ Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details are never stored by us.

The billing portal

From Account β†’ Billing you reach the Stripe customer portal, where you can:

  • update or replace your payment card
  • download every past invoice and receipt
  • change your billing address and tax details
  • cancel the subscription

Invoices are emailed automatically as well, to the address on your account.

Monthly and annual

Annual billing costs two months less than paying monthly. You can switch between the two from the Plans page; the change is prorated like any other plan change, and the dialog shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Changing plan

Upgrades and downgrades update the existing subscription in place. There is no new signup, no new subscription, and any active discount carries over. If a payment fails during the switch, your plan is not changed: fix the card in the portal and try again.

Cancelling

Cancel from your account, at any time. No email required, no cancellation call, no notice period. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What happens to your data

Nothing is deleted when a plan ends. Tracking stops, the dashboard keeps showing the history you already collected, and everything resumes from the moment you upgrade again. The same applies when the free trial ends.

If you want your account and data deleted outright, ask us and we will do it. See Contacting support.

Common questions

Do I need a card for the free trial? No.

What happens if I exceed a limit? Limits are soft where they can be: you get a nudge to upgrade rather than a hard stop, and we never cut off tracking mid-cycle or delete data.

Can I move a brand between accounts? Verify the domain on the account that should own it; verification transfers ownership. See Domains.
