The dashboard, card by card
What every widget on the dashboard means: Visibility gauge, Brand Score, AI Platform Presence, competitive rank, metric cards and the trend chart.
Updated:
The dashboard answers one question: how often do AI engines mention you, and is that going up or down. Everything else is detail underneath it.
Filters at the top
Two controls change what the whole page shows: the date range (7, 14, 30 or 90 days, or a custom range up to 365 days) and the platform filter, which narrows everything to one or several engines.
One exception: Brand Score always uses a fixed 7-day window so it stays comparable between visits, no matter which range you are looking at.
Visibility gauge
The headline number: the share of AI answers where your brand appears in the top 10. The line under it reads plainly, for example βAcme appears in 34% of AI answers, up 6% this weekβ, so you get direction as well as level.
Brand Score
A single 0 to 100 number that blends four things:
- Visibility, 40 percent
- Position, 25 percent
- Sentiment, 20 percent
- Citations, 15 percent
Click it for the breakdown and for the specific component that is holding you back. A high visibility with a poor position means you are named but named last, which is a different problem from not being named at all.

AI Platform Presence
Your visibility per engine, graded Strong, Moderate or Low, with untracked engines marked as such. Read it as a to-do list: the engine with the lowest bar is usually where the cheapest wins are, because it means that engineβs sources do not know your product yet.
Competitive rank
You and your competitors, ranked by visibility, with share of voice, mentions, average position and sentiment. Free and Starter see the top competitors only; the full leaderboard is on the Competitors page.
Your own brand is ranked honestly here. If a competitor is more visible than you, they appear above you.
Opportunities
Cards generated from your own data, ordered by expected impact: a visibility drop this period, an engine where you are weak, prompts where competitors appear and you do not, or simply a prompt library too small to be representative. Each card links to the screen where you can act on it.
The nine metric cards
| Card | Reading |
|---|---|
| Visibility Score | Runs where you were mentioned in the top 10, divided by total runs |
| Detection Rate | Runs where you were mentioned anywhere |
| Top 3 Visibility | Runs where you were mentioned in the top 3 |
| Avg Position | Average position when mentioned, lower is better |
| Total Mentions | Raw count for the period |
| Share of Voice | Your mentions against all brands mentioned |
| Brand Sentiment | How positively you are described |
| Domain Citations | How often your domain is cited as a source |
| Active Prompts | Prompts currently being polled |
Each card also shows the change against the previous period of the same length.
Visibility over time
Daily mention rate, one line per engine, with a Total tab if you would rather see a single line. This is the chart that gives early warning: a drop usually shows up on one engine days before it shows up in the headline number.
