Preferences and notifications

Preferences live under your avatar, in Account → Preferences. They are account-level, so they apply across all your brands.

Appearance

Light, dark, or follow the system.

Interface language

Menus, buttons and labels across the dashboard. This does not change the language your prompts are asked in: that is set per prompt or inherited from your brand’s default market. See Markets and languages.

Navigation menu

Keep the sidebar expanded with full labels and the brand switcher, or collapse it to icons only.

Beta access

Turns on features still in testing, currently the Blog Calendar and Listings. Beta features work, but they change more often and their data may be re-imported as we improve them.

Email notifications

Three switches, independent of each other:

• Visibility drop alerts. An email when your brand’s AI visibility falls sharply. On by default, and the one worth keeping: catching a drop on one engine early is the whole point of tracking.
• Weekly digest. A weekly summary of visibility, mentions and top competitors.
• Product updates. Occasional news about new features. Off by default.

Alerts are per brand and need a verified domain. Telegram alerts are available on Pro and above.

Changes save immediately, with a Saved confirmation. If you see “couldn’t save your changes”, it is almost always a lost connection, so retry once.
